§ 2
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
Personal
data is processed for the purpose of shopping in our online store,
direct marketing related to own products and services, carried out in
the traditional (paper) form, which is the so-called legitimate interest
of the entrepreneur. Data for these purposes will be processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. b),
c) and f) of European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679
of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the
processing of personal data and on the free movement of persons and
repealing Directive 95/46 (RODO ).
After explicit consent, in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 lit. (a)
RODO data may also be processed to send commercial information by
electronic means and to make telephone calls for direct marketing
purposes or in relation to art. 10 (2) of the Law of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services or art. 172
(1) of the Law of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications law, including
those governed by profiling, provided that the user has given
appropriate consent.
When
placing the order, the personal data may be provided to postal
operators or forwarding agents only for the purpose of delivering the
order. Personal data processed in connection with the execution of
purchases will be processed for the period of time required to complete
the order Purchase and order is required. Thereafter, the archived data is stored for a period of 10 years. Personal data processed for marketing purposes covered by the consent form will be processed until consent is revoked.
If
it turns out that the processing of personal data violates the
provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a
complaint with the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data
(of 25 May 2018 – the President of the Office for the Protection of
Personal Data).
The
provision of personal information is voluntary, but the provision of
personally identifiable information is a prerequisite for submitting the
order, while the lack of data is the inability to order products in the
store.
Personal data is also processed automatically in the form of profiling if the user agrees. art. 6 par. 1 lit. a) RODO. The
consequence of profiling will be the allocation of a profile to a
particular person to make decisions about him or to analyze or predict
his preferences, behaviors and attitudes.
Administrator
The administrator pays particular attention to the protection of the
interests of the data subjects and in particular ensures that the data
collected by him:
a) processed in accordance with the law,
(b) collected for certain legitimate purposes and not treated as incompatible with those purposes,
(c)
are factually correct and appropriate in relation to the purposes for
which they are processed and stored in a form which allows for the
identification of the persons who concern them, no longer than necessary
to achieve the purpose of the processing.

THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS, AND MODIFY PERSONAL DATA
The
data subject has the right to access their personal data and the right
to rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, the right to data
transfer, the right to object, the right to revoke the consent at any
time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing made on the basis of consent before his withdrawal ..

COOKIES”
The service provider’s online shop uses “cookies”. The absence of a change on the service provider side is equivalent to consenting to their use.
The installation of “cookies” is necessary for the good supply of services in the online shop. The
“cookies” files contain information necessary for the proper
functioning of the shop, especially those requiring authorization.
As
part of the operation of online store are used three types of files
“cookies”: “session cookies”, “cookiespermanents”, “third-party
cookies”:
a)
Session cookies: these are the temporary files kept in the service
provider’s device until the expiration when you close your browser and
the webshop’s website.
b)
Persistent cookies: these are the temporary files kept in the Service
Provider’s device for the duration determined in the “cookies” settings
or until they are removed by the Service Provider.
c)
Third-party cookies: they allow to better understand how the customer
interacts with the content of the online store, it is better to organize
its display of the page. “Third-party
cookies” collect information about the way the Shopper is navigating
the store’s site, the type of website from which the Recipient was
redirected, the number of visits and the time of the visit. of the Customer on the shop website. This
information does not record the personal data of the Service Provider,
but it is used to develop statistics on the use of online store.
The
Service Recipient has the right to decide on the access of “cookies” to
his computer by selecting them in his browser window. Detailed information on the possibilities and ways of managing “cookies” is available in the software settings (web browser).
§ 5
FINAL PROVISIONS
The
Administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the
protection of personal data processed against hazards and categories of
protected data, including preserving data against unauthorized access,
unauthorized treatment, and violation of the rules. in force and amendments, losses, deteriorations or destruction.
The
Service Provider makes available appropriate technical measures to
prevent the collection and modification of personal data by unauthorized
persons, sent electronically.
For
matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, mutatis mutandis applies

European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016
on the protection natural
persons with regard to the free movement of personal data and the
repeal of Directive 95/46 / WE (RGPD) and other relevant provisions of

The provisions of this Privacy Policy come into effect on May 25, 2018.
